Mini Sudoku is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.
Leaderboard submissions (optional)
If you choose to submit your score to the daily leaderboard, we collect:
This information is submitted voluntarily. You are never required to submit a score. You can play indefinitely without sharing any information.
What we do not collect
Display names and scores submitted to the leaderboard are used solely to display the daily ranking to all players. We do not use this information for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Leaderboard scores are stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase, hosted on AWS). Data is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
The app stores the following data locally on your device using iOS system storage (UserDefaults):
This data never leaves your device except as described above under leaderboard submissions.
Display names submitted to the leaderboard are visible to all users. We maintain a list of prohibited terms and reject names that contain offensive language. Users may report inappropriate names by long-pressing any leaderboard entry and selecting "Report name." Reported names are reviewed and removed at our discretion.
Mini Sudoku does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not include advertising, in-app purchases, or social features beyond the optional leaderboard. If you believe a child has submitted information to our leaderboard, contact us at the address below and we will remove it promptly.
The app uses Supabase for leaderboard data storage. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy. We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or tracking tools.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
